Data deletion

You can delete your CleanWhale account and personal data at any time. Here’s how.

1. 1In the appOpen Account → Edit profile → Delete account, at the bottom of the screen.
2. 2ConfirmA two-step confirmation removes your personal data and saved payment cards, and closes the account.
3. 3Prefer email?Write to info@cleanwhale.pl from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion.

Some data may be retained where the law requires it (for example, invoices for completed orders).
